From tasting exciting new coffees to ensuring consistency from roast to roast, cupping allows us to build the tasting notes for our coffees along with ensuring there are no off flavours or flaws in the coffee. It's an exercise that's not only used to train new baristas but also to keep experienced brewers senses sharp.

During cupping sessions, our team will smell and taste coffees from the dry grounds, through to the finished brew.
