Our roastery is a beautiful, busy workshop nestled amongst the Firehouse Bakery, the Delgany Grocer, and the Pigeon House Restaurant in Delgany Village. When we set up the roastery, we envisioned a place we would love working—a space designed for making great coffee, which was also aesthetically pleasing.

The roastery is split into two main sections: on one end, we have our Loring Merlin 15-kilo Roaster where all the roasting and packing happens. On the other end, we have our QC and tasting area where everything is brewed and tasted before dispatch.

Roasting days are currently Monday - Wednesday.
