This is a wonderful collaboration with Bean & Goose as we got involved with choosing the flavour profile of the chocolate as well as the coffee.

We were looking for something smooth that would blend well with our Costa Rica Las Lajas Natural processed coffee…Something with purple and black berries and a round nutty sweetness. We settled on a beautiful 75 percent Peruvian chocolate which almost seemed like it was made for this coffee and the result was just as we hoped.
