We’re full of Christmas excitement to have our famous El Diamanté Natural Anaerobic from Costa Rica back for the festive season. It goes without saying, this coffee is a Roasted Brown favourite among staff and customers.
The messages and voice notes we get about this coffee yearly always cheers us up, all the many comments that this is “Christmas in a cup” so much so that we decided to make that the taste notes.
In the cupping bowl - It’s red apple, berry and cinnamon strudel and as espresso it reflects the same but when you add milk and have it as a flat white it becomes a Christmas gingerbread family wonder...the house and all.
