We’re full of Christmas excitement to have our famous El Diamanté Natural Anaerobic from Costa Rica back for the festive season. It goes without saying, this coffee is a Roasted Brown favourite among staff and customers.

To go more into depth, this coffee always has and still does taste like red apple, berry and cinnamon strudel and this is down to the brilliant work of our friend Esteban Villalobos Corrales who is the mill manager and mastermind behind this carefully repeatable anaerobic process.
