This lot comes from Finca La Palma, a family-run farm in the La Plata region of Huila, Colombia. Grown and harvested by the Rodriguez brothers, the coffee reflects their care and experience.

The variety, Variedad Colombia, was first developed by Cenicafé in 1982 for its resistance to leaf rust. It's sweetness and complexity is a testament to the farm’s terroir and the Rodriguez family's skilled processing.
