When coffee lands at our roastery it embarks on a journey to take it from green and grassy to gorgeous and sweet. Here’s a quick look inside our day to day and how our single origin coffee is developed.

Carefully selected green coffee beans typically arrive in 60-70kg sacks.

Almost half our week is spent evaluating coffees post-roast. Lots of sniffing, tasting, and testing everything from colour to density guarantee you get a stunning cup of coffee every time.

It's time to package your coffee. Our fully-recyclable bags are labelled, filled, sealed, and boxed before heading out to your door.
